Default How does a 32 switch work.

I think the purpose of the key switch is to unlock the switch bar so that it can be moved from off to on. I had a 34 car where the switch also would lock the steering wheel and keep it from turning. Does the 32 also have that feature?

The locking steering column was standard equipment on all '32s.
