Anyone have any thoughts on the wheels that are on that car?

They are not the original wheels.

The wheels are huge. Great for the mud.

Lot of people replaced the spoke wheels with later 16" solid rims. Easier to find old tires to use on the A. Back in the day.

Back when I was a teenager in the late '50s, the '31 Fordor that I bought had the steel wheels like the one in post #1. A friend of my Dad was building a trailer out of Model A parts & pieces and had a full set of 19" wheels & tires. A quick trade was made, 2 happy campers.
