Default Can anyone identify these parts?

The parts in the picture were removed from a 1935 Ford Pickup Truck and appear to be support for the rear spring shackles. Part numbers found on the parts are F-37-L and F-37-R. If anyone has any further info on the parts I would appreciate it, Thank you! IB

An aftermarket overload spring? I have something similar on the junk remains of a 1939 pickup frame.
