Default Correct 1940 Ford Air Cleaner

Is this the correct air cleaner for a 1940 Ford. Looks different from what is mentioned in the EV8 Club book

Yes it is one of the three oil bath air cleaners, off the top of my head is was made by United. The other two are the Donaldson design and the heavy duty oil bath. Your clamp below the air cleaner is not correct design.
