Along with the recent purchase of my '31 coupe, came boxes and boxes (and more boxes) of spare parts left over from the restoration. New parts, old parts, tools, manuals, books, etc. Many of the parts are brand new, still in unopened plastic bags. I plan on keeping the all the books and manuals, and I have pulled out some of the parts I think I could possibly use in the future.
I have divided/sorted them up into groups: body, electrical, chassis, engine, brakes, driveline, etc. Most of these parts are small - nuts, bolts, shims, spacers, rivets, trim, rubber bumpers, etc. See attached photos. Also have a completely disassembled transmission in a box. Question - best way to move this stuff along? Given my car was a complete body off restoration, and virtually every part is rebuilt or new, I don't see the need to keep them, and I really don't have the storage space or the desire to keep it around. Should I sell it as a "package" for the whole works, maybe $25? My goal is more about the stuff finding a good home or put to use, than making $$. On the disassembled transmission, it's way too heavy to ship. But if I sell locally, what should I ask?
