Default "31 Wide bed Pickup Bed bolts

Are these carriage bolts in the photos correct for the wide bed pickup beds ?
3 on each side. The front most one is shown going down thru the wood sill.
Some trucks have been seen without these bolts.
What size are the bolts ?

Thanks Bob C ; that answers the post . The little compression blocks may be unique to the wide bed sills. The carriage bolt lengths can now be resolved easily.

Hardware store bolts don't have the original look on top, but can easily re-shaped on a lathe.
