Is there any way to blow up the view on the emblem? If I were to guess I would say a French-made car. But I don't know what. |

Looks like a 1920-22 Gardener emblem. Gardener later offered a horn mounted on the center of the headlight bar. British truck cabs had windshields like this in that era.

Dave, great photo. I love the thatched roofs and ivy covered stone walls. Definitely not southern California.
