Default Help on identifying 30/31 front fender?

I have bought a few fenders and trying to match up a decent set I have several that I have bought. I noticed 1 of the fenders has a ridge all the way around the front it has the 30's style nose piece on the apron. I done a little research and I found out about a "eyebrow" fender not sure if this is what this is or just a odd ball fender. If this is a "eyebrow" fender is a kinda rare find also I'm not going to use it as I only have the one so i was just wondering what something like this would be worth. Thanks Robert DeBord
