Is that a factory outside rear-view-mirror?

I believe 28 CCPU's initially had the rear-view mirror (no inside mirror on all CCPU's) mounted high on the A pillar. Ford later move the mirror down so it was easier to view.

This is the early "manufacturers picture" which is seen in most of the early Ford Literature. The "pillar mounted" (later version) mirror post is mounted with two "dome headed" bolts which are unique to the location - and application. I set my two bolts down somewhere - and now I can't find them. Not like just any bolts will do... Joe K
