Hello, I have a parts car that I bought for a couple accessories that came with a title. I just wanted to make the offer if anyone was looking for parts. the car is pretty well rotted out but the there is a ton of trim and interior pieces. I am located in Ottawa Lake, Michigan just North of Toledo, Ohio. If you are interested feel free to email me to inquire. Thank you!

Here are some photos that I have in my phone for now, unfortunately we just got a ton of snow and Ice, so the car is completely covered. I am planning to completely strip it and then scrap the frame and the body due to the frame being rotted through and the body not being much better. complete other than the engine and transmission.

What kind of shape are the taillight housings in? Id be interested in the most of the dash parts, cluster, steering wheel, ect. Maybe some chrome parts and the hood letters and ornament. Do you ever make your way south for swap meets? Have to wonder what shipping to Texas 78222 would be. Thank you. |

I have to say that 53 body looks better than the 52 I'm driving. If it was closer to home I'd make a driver out of that one.

Unfortunately, I feel now that I paid too much for the car, but I did get better bumpers and driving lights off of this one. |

I really have enjoyed watching your videos. Unfortunately, the whole floor of the car is framed with wood and covered in fiberglass. from the mid door down is nothing but Bondo. When I bought it, I was going to use it for patch panels, but it is a goner. The interior is in great shape other than smelling like the hantavirus. |

Texasroadkill, you can send messages once you have 10 posts. Simply start a thread and post six times with one picture of your car per post.

Did anyone else notice the power brake booster/master cylinder.... rare I'd think.

I don't think that is factory. The factory power brakes for 1953 used an add-on booster on a secondary master mounted to the inner fender. The unit on that parts car is a later swapped in thing. Depending on how well the swap was it might be worth grabbing for the brackets and linkage, or it might be a total butcher job that is best ignored.
