I think the style of the houses dates this to sometime in the 1930's when Model T's were not worth much. Maybe the tire was the only thing worth salvaging.

Side note, ...I always thought I would like to own a Centerdoor until I drove one. Blind spots everywhere, hard to get in & out of the front seat area, and hot as you know what when touring during a summer club event. Ironically, Dodge Brothers used this same body that I think proportions better than it does on the T chassis.

Centerdoors were definitely designed for smaller folks like myself at 5'4" but it's still a task getting into the driver's seat !
