These ones seam the most reasonable. Wonder what the quality is. I am sure from China https://www.ebay.com/itm/12668132616...Bk9SR-rrpY3LZA |

When it was time to do the first brake job on my '51, I found that it had Ford Script brake shoes. I thought it was pretty cool, and decided to send them out to have new linings riveted on. I have not regretted my decision.

Been using Brake & Equip for parts and shoe lining since the mid '70s; never a problem. |

I followed the link, and recognize that company. They are the folks that I had reline my shoes back when. I also had them sleeve the master cylinder in my Corvette. Highly recommended.

Well I just installed shoes from O Reillys auto. 39.99. They looked fine but when installed only one lined up with the brake cylinder piston. Two I could live with and one barely touched the piston. So I am going to return these and go another route. Probably third gen

With that vintage brake shoes, I would re-line the last set that worked.

With the experience I had with the last set of "new" brake shoes I bought from a dealer, I agree with this. (The web on on the shoes was too thick to fit into the wheel cylinder pins and I had to grind them down.)
