Default Stromberg surface look

How was the surface on the Strombergs.
Was it bare aluminium or a colored barrier coating ?
One thing is before many glassbeeded parts.
If that has been done can this be smothed out by vapor honing ( water blastering )
I has 3 sets or pair of them, non bad, actually nice but cast look and color tan is not there.
The LZ pair is darker and fixed in Sweden, and one pair 97 done by Vintaga Carb Tech in Orange Ca is more clear ( some tan ) and the other 97 is glassbeeded and overlockef in Norway.
I might get a second pair of LZ as I will be use a inline x4 intake.
Or I will use 4 by 97.
This carbs is all fixed but miss/match on surface/color, so I miss the smooth cast surface and greenish tone.
-But I cant say how they came out new.
Maybe they was not silver/greenish ( as I has in mind )
Look at this set, nice but might to green, or ?
Whos doing this surface/coatings ?
