Yes, that much I could see.

Looks very similar to ‘29-‘30 Marquette or junior Buick right down to the 10 spike artillery wheels. Hood Louvers are a bit different though.

Could be a Hudson or Essex , recall seeing one at a car show with the duel row of louvres , 1929 or 30 ?

I think you may be right. ‘29 Hudson had those louvers.
