Either was it is a .005 oversized gear ….

I remember them from the 1970's but not who sold them.

They came in standard size or 5 or 10 over to be used with a worn crank gear.

From your photo, I'd be concerned about the camshaft pin 'fitment'.

That also appears to be a "macerated" gear instead of laminated which is superior to the macerated. I would call it a conversation piece and not use it
