Talking ? for engine builders

What head gasket are you using for a large (.125") bore A engine, and stock head? What gasket are you using for the same block(.125")but with a police head, or even the new higher compression one, like from synders? Or, would the high compression head gaskets, be the same for the police head as well as the new head? I was wanting to put a police head on, but so far the only gaskets I can find, that fit the head (compression chamber), aren't big enough for the bore. Thanks Chuck (headless in Seattle).

Chuck, we have put a lot of .125 pistons in, and we have always used a normal copper gasket, but we put about a 1/8, 45 degree bevel on the pistons, or what ever it takes. If someone makes a gasket to fit with out beveling the pistons, I haven't heard. Herm.
