It looks like a farmer's custom coachwork, and it is unique enough to warrant a restoration in my opinion .

That might be the front from a bus body. Several companies made the bus bodies and they used wood. The frame was shortened like a Doodle Bug. Folks did all sorts of modifications on model As in general. The AA trucks had a heavier frame so it could take more weight.
