56 F100 brakes on 37 spindles

using 14116 brg and 14276 race what thickness seal, 0.50 or 0.375 ?

I read the post and they list 0.50 thk and some say 0.50 is wrong and others say
seal should be 0.375 thk so which is right

I'd put the bearings in the hub and see what you think.

Really doesn't make any difference as long as the ID and OD are correct.
