Default Will Model A shocks work on a 1932 car

I would guess this question has come up before but could not find it with a search. I know the 32 shocks are 3/8" taller but what about the mounting holes and the arm swing.

the later Ford parts book (28-37 published in 1945 lists 28-32for the replacement shocks
