What is the correct factory paint color for the 4 Speed Spur Gear transmission? Mine is painted black but before I put it back in the truck it needs to be repainted. Might as well do it right!

My truck is Meadow Green from the factory. The outside of the truck has been repainted in Meadow Green but the inside of the hood and the undersides of the fenders look like original paint and they are red oxide. No signs of any green in the under sides. I know that the trucks were built with a different criteria for detail than the cars. What is correct?
