Default Pulley Rope seals

attached are photos of some seals
Seals set 1 has a FoMoCo Ford stamped label and the rubbing surface is flat.
Seals set 2 has A 1207 stamped on them
The 2nd photo (seals set 3) has a pink core surrounding the black center core.
The 1st set w/ logo is stiffer than the other 2 sets but nicely formed.
Could any of these be originals and not teflon coated?
Would one set possibly rub and seal better than the others ?

I would put them in a display case and use the modern ones that are Teflon. Either ones pictured would probably work OK but I think the modern ones are better.

The early ones had asbestos in their make-up.

Is the top one (FoMoCo) with the square face original ? It looks like it would run flat on the pulley and seal better ?

FoMoCo logo wasn't trademarked till November of 1948. Prior to that only the Ford trademark was used.

Thanks; so these may not be for Model A's though they are the same size as the others.
