Default Pistons

I have a1951 C1BA V8 which pistons I have a set of 40th Pistons from an 1937 Flathead V8, can I use them in Engine.

Your 51 engine is a 3 3/16 bore while the 37 is only 3 1/16.

Besides the bores not being compatible, might also check the stroke of that C1BA. Never can tell. Different pistons used for 3 3/4, or 4, because the pin location is different between the two different strokes.
