Steering arm options

Hi.
I'm finally getting a chance to work on my steering and spindles.
This is the first time I've had it apart.
The balls on both sides are badly worn. I see that snyders has steering arms that have been renewed. Is this what most do? I like the idea of having reconditioned Ford parts over something brand new.
