I purchased a Bob Drake grill emblem and the stud is not long enough to go thru the original ornament and grill shell to fully secure it with a nut and washer.
I do not have an original to compare it to. The stud length on Drakes is .43 long.

The vendor I purchased the emblem from is saying that the stud does not go thru the radiator shell, I’m thinking it should. If not the assembly is secured with a single 10-24 screw.......

Anyone have a photo of the inside of the ornament and emblem mounted on a shell I can use to show the vendor.
