Default Generator help

I'm looking for some help with a generator. I'm stumped,

I'm looking for someone who works on the old flathead generators and may have some extra parts. I've got a "mixed bag" generator parts and trying to come up with a correct generator for a 60HP with the small pulley. What I have come up with so far is a miserable failure.

I found a small pulley but it would not fit my armature shaft. Pulley too small. I had the shaft turned down to match the pulley, but the back side of pulley won't fit the front of my generator. e.e., the part that houses the bearing is too large for the fins on the pulley

I'm completely baffled by what pictures I'm seeing in the green book. I think I am correct in my thinking that the generators are the same for 85 and 60HP, but the pulley is smaller. I can't seem to come up with the correct combo of parts. Someone who works on generators a lot could probably fix me up

Thanks for any help or any leads.
