Default Hardware for windshield to gas tank filler?

Hi hopefully somebody can help identify the hardware needed to attach the filler panel between the windshield and gas tank on a 31 tudor. It looks like there are a total of 14 screws/bolts are required. 12 to the cowl and 2 into the A pillars. So far I have not located them on any the suppliers sites.

Takes cage nuts spot welded to the filler panel. I think 5/16-24. Two on the very end are just bolts with nuts. The panel originally mounted to the gas tank before dropping in the cowl.
Putting in with the tank in can get cantankerous

The two bolts into the cowl pillars are the same as the Radiator Shell screws.

These fasteners below the filler panel should be what you are looking for...
