I've sold a number of these recently. Unfortunately, the value has plummeted compared to years gone by.
One, just like yours but in perfect (as new) condition brought just shy of $100. The other two, that appeared to be in the condition of yours, one brought $47, the other $60.

Nice "Ford Service Bulletins" Book to have in ones Library, especially with that Embossed Cover.
