Head stud height

Does anyone know where there is a table or document that shows the installed height of the short, long (water outlet) and distributor cable retainer (3 different heights) studs? I suspect some block holes are slightly deeper than others, so just bottoming out the studs in the block might not be best for a uniform height. Bratton's catalog says the studs should stick up 1/32" above the nuts, but not what height the installed studs should be before installing the head.
