I have Fender Welting but am not happy with it. It has a plastic type of hollow Tubing for the Bead. I think the original or OEM style was not hollow. Is this true?. I would like to know if there is Fender Welting with a solid Bead, Black in color. Thanks for any help. Stan

Mike (Third Gen) has the original ford welting, it has a cardboard color, tightly rolled, paper bead.
