Got an email from the honorary crew chief for Prescott’s entry in the Great Race. It is a video tour of Peter Prescott’s unusual car collection. He has just about every EV8 Ford Henry built, plus midgets, stock cars and unusual one off creations like a ’32 Victoria, and a ’40 Ford Ute. I am sure forum members would be interested in seeing it, but my problem is I do not know how to copy and paste the URL for the tour so it can be opened by clicking on it

The business is in Gardiner. I’m not sure where PEP’s collection is. He also has a few Sportsman’s. There was a write up in the V8 Times a few months ago ..... Mark

That's the home of Walt Dupont. Any news on how he is doing? Thanks John |

I would call EJ Prescott Co, and ask for the phone number for Adam at the garage. He runs the restoration shop for Peter. I would start there, and see where it goes. The collection is not open to the public.
I was at an antique truck show in Topsham Maine in the fall, and talking with a guy with a '41 pickup. Don't recall his name right off, but he helps Walt out in the shop frequently. He said Walt is suffering from some form of dementia and home strife. |

The collection of cars is fantastic. The commercial nature of the Cruising New England video stinks and I will not watch their vids again.

Pretty easy to skip through the ads. Worth it when I spotted a '48 Marmon-Herrington/Merc woodie at 6:26; looks like it might be the one from Sotheby's auction last year.
