i think it is for one of the reproduction popouts made in Spain

The Spanish popouts I have seen have only a one digit number.

Is it an ignition switch key from a late Model T? Does anyone have a late T to compare?

I think they are for office drawer locks in the factory

Not like any Model T key I have, T key grooved only on the number side and smooth on the Ford side.
