I'm hearing a flex fuel line from the fuel pump available with a one way valve.
On mine the fuel runs back to the tanks after shut down |

Check valves in the pump should prevent that. or you have a leak close to the pump.

That's simply a "band aid" approach to patching vs. a correct repair. Do yourself a favor and send your pump to Charlie. He'll rebuild it PROPERLY and return it quickly to you.

Was it rebuilt? If so, by whom? When? Is it a reproduction?
