Are all the repro ones the same, comparing say Brattons and Snyders? I saw one on Ebay and it had a Taiwan sticker on it,mayby all are the same? Chrome ones rust after awhile .Stainless are nice in pictures but costly.

I compromised on my luggage rack. I replaced all the hardware with stainless fasteners. Now all I have to polish is the rack itself. I was a real chore trying to keep all the nuts and washers from corroding... Snyder's has all of the stainless acorn nuts.
I don't know if all of the racks are the same. |

I do not know if the reproduction chrome plated racks are the same or not. However, I have had a reproduction rack and an original rack in my hands at the same time. The original rack is much heavier and stiffer.
