T wanted

I am new here, I am looking for a Model T project . Original or Hotrod like the following-
19?? - 27 touring or sedan
1926-7 roadster
T bucket

Terms -
1. Not really into cpes I am claustrophobic. (and FAT ;D )
2. NO TITLE? Had enough of dealing w MN's title BS, Clear + current title REQUIRED
3. If all original and complete I will restore it. BUT if it is or has been a rod project or basket case. It will be a hotrod,(But NOT a Rat rod). I am one of the lucky ones who love BOTH ends of the hobby.
4. In or VERY near central MN (no truck/trailer)
5. This is meant to be my last car project,a keeper and Therapy.
6. I can either trade one of my spare projects That I'll now never finish or buy your car w the procedes from selling them
-1936 Chevy Standard 2dr sedan street rod project-9" mounts are in and has a 4blt main 350ci / T350 cores installed,
-1985 Monte Carlo SS street legal canyon racer project, 9" locker, 4 wheel disc brakes. Car is built handle DEEP curves w NO body lean. WAY to much done to list here and a LOT more invested than buying price..

Both cars roll and have no motor or transmissions. BOTH are titled. Both are in the $3000 range in value. I wil trade one or both for the right car or wait until I sell them to pay cash. Long wait most likely given the economy ,but may but well start looking now. I have photo's.

Probably asking a Lot. But its what I need and I have LOTS of time (Disab. Ret.)
