Default Engine Trouble

My 1930 Model A Engine is making this odd noise when brought up to speed. It idles pretty good but when the throttle and Spark advance are bumped up to a higher RPM we get noises I have attached a video so you can hear it for yourself the sound at the end of the video (around :10 seconds or so) is what it actually sounds like in real life. ( There's a metallically rattling sound that is making me think bearing or something???).keep in mind this car is not moving when the video is taken. one last hint... you can hear this sound better inside the car than standing outside next to the engine
I have tried:
-retiming the motor
-adjusting Spark plug gap (all to around .35 which sounds the best)
-Checked compression around 60-65 in all cylinders
-played with the GAV valve which smoothed out the idol a little bit but still no luck at higher RPMs.

I hope someone out there knows what this could be because I sure can't figure it out!?

Thank you in advance!
