I have a shoebox Ford with a V8 Flathead would like to have a new throttle linkage between carburetor and arm that actuates the throttle where can I get one this cobbled up crap is not going to make it

I would try Shoebox Central. It may be available new, but if not, they have a lot of used parts. Also, Southside Obsolete (barnfind08 on this forum) has a lot of NOS stuff.
