Default Brake Drum Question 36 pickup.

I am restoring the mechanical brakes on my 36 1/2 ton Ford pickup. The front drums/spindles are from a 1935 car with wire wheels but I want to put wide five rims on to make it original. My question is: will 1937 drums fit on 1935 or 1936 spindles, or do I have to put 37 spindles on to use the 37 drums?

1936 front drums will fit your 35 spindles, and have wide five spacing. 37 drums will not fit those spindles. Put a 'wanted' ad in the swap meet column
