Default Industrial grade epoxy

There was a recent post on here that talked of "marine tex" epoxy. Suppose to be much better that JB Weld. I looked it up and found several versions without enough description to make a decision as to what to buy to seal a water jacket leak in the Model a block. Anyone have experience with these products? The Belzona 1511 looked good to me but I don't know if it is slow curing or flexible or anything about it. Jack
