1917 Model T Chain Drive

Looking for some information on a 1917 Model T I just purchased. It has an aftermarket kit to turn a car into a truck. It is a frame that bolts on to the side of a car chassis and extend it 3-4 feet. The original wheels are replaced with a chain sprocket and larger wheels are mounted on the back with a chain drive connection. (see the attached pictures) It also adds heavy duty leaf springs in the back and the tires are solid rubber with no tubes. The only casting marking I can find says N6.

Anyone know what company would have made this for the Model t back in the early days? I believe this was sold before the Model TT.

Looking for as much background information as possible.

There were a number of companies that made these add on trucks. Dearborn was one of them. Another one was Form-A-Truck.

found another ad on a chain driven kit from Form-A-Truck. Seems like both these companies were in Chicago. Still wondering which one it is....anyone have an idea on the N6 casting mark?
