Default Frame Powder

My frame has some "pitting" or pock marks where the frame jumps up near the rear axle.. How much will powdercoat fill in? or will it mirror right through? Would I be better to do different. I know you cant see it but I am trying to plan to paint or powder coat..

Powder coat wont fill in the poc marks etc.
There is a product called "lab metal" thats high temp and fills in the bad places and stands up to the temps of powder coat . I have used this a couple times ....
