Default 460 grounding

I have a 460 and using a Power Master starter. Is it beneficial to use a grounding strap from the starter to the frame?

You can never run too many ground cables

Not sure what the specific engine has to do with it, but yes. Starter to frame, engine to frame, body to frame, on and on. On most modern cars you will see dedicated grounds for just about everything.

Always a good idea to ground to chassis. Probably doesn't need to be said but keep ground terminations clean with a bit of electric conductive grease to stop metal to metal corrosion at the termination.
