Default A pleasant surprise...

Stopped into BAM (books A million) waiting for another store to open this morning and noticed a few Flathead engine books, one I did not have.

Ford flathead engine, how to rebuild and modify by Tony Thacker and Mike Herman. I liked the intro and the chapter layouts as the pages guide you along from teardown/evaluation/machining and assembly with very good pictures that relay the chapter paragraphs.

I don't have that one . . . as I have way too many of the darn things anyway. Mike Herman is a good dude, so I imagine it is a good book.
