Default Bolt buster induction tool

Anyone using an induction tool for heating rusted bolts & nuts ???
If so, is it worth the money ???
There are some made off shore and some made USA.
If not sure what it is....GOOGLE MINI-DUCTOR VENOM or see them on Ebay.

Before spending all that money it might be worth making your own.

Before even considering bulding your own...and asuming your comfortable building stuff that can kill you made wrong...you need to add cooling...not an 2hr project.
If you want a unit for working several bolts/nuts in a short period not waiting for it to cool down between the cooling of the coil and semiconductors is going to be what to check for...cheaper units only work for shorter periods then go into overheat mode.

An interesting video but unless there are a lot of things to do that can't be done by usual methods probably costly.

Have used one at the shop I work at. They work great but will not fit in all situations. I believe the one we have cost $600 plus. Bought at our local Car Quest.
