The only game in town for a reproduction is, as I understand it, Mac's or at least used to be. Some, but not all of them, are pretty nice in terms of the chrome-plated die cast handle portion and all that I've tried are the right length. The diameter of the tubing is slightly larger than the original which means that you cannot use the little brass sleeve at the top of the steering column shaft, but not so large as to cause the lights to be turned on when you go around a corner. Re-plating an original is an alternative, but not all platers are willing to do it with the tubing attached and it is a bit of a challenge to reattach the top, plated portion, to the tubing. The horn wire obviously has to be un-soldered at the bottom and removed for plating.
