Misfire under load is common. But this can apply to other parts of the ignition system as well.

A whistling noise is one symptom. I saw a plug one time where the center blew out of the base.

As long as it runs well, I NEVER even LOOK at a plug. Some folks DIDDLE too MUCH-- (I mean WITH CARS)--LOL Bill Smooth
