If its for the dual temp what you are asking doesn't exist. You have to buy the fitting and then punch the hole and install it yourself.RS Gauge Works in Phoenix,AZ I heard makes the fitting.

Get a 36 pump and the probe will go in it.

The 32-34 temp probe has a female fitting and won't go in the 35-36 pump unless an adapter is made.

I have a new 36 drake pump, it appears that there is a angled seat in the probe inlet, will a off the shelf gauge seat in this pump?

The 35-36 water pump is set up with the seat for the bourdon tube and has female 5/8-18 straight thread. This is the thread for the 35-39 Ford temperature gauge probe as well as for the Stewart Warner probe.

Terry is showing the right stuff here . Just missing the little clips to hold the line to the radiator support rod .
