Digging through more boxes for car and found this
little jewel... has clear glass on the other side.

Before street light were common those were mounted on top of the left rear fender of cars for a parking light.
I'll have to check later, but methinks there's a NOS one in it's box out in the shop.

Found it, here'a couple of pictures. I may be wrong but I think that motorcycle side lights have a longer stem on them.
