Check Randy's R&P, https://www.ringpinion.com/
Not sure if he's the cheapest, but he is very aware of the differences between the D41 in 48-50 F-1's, many vendors are not.

Dana 41 has the round bowl shaped cover. Dana 44 is more octagonal but I think both have 19-spline axles. Luckily most parts are interchangeable so Mercury and Ford pickup stuff had the same bearing parts for a long time later. The cover gasket is still available. The input pinion seal parts vary from year to year but a far as I know, they can be interchanged in sets depending on what is available. The early seal may not be available but I haven't had to check for a long time so I'm not certain.

I used Randy's Ring & Pinion when I rebuilt my Dana 41. Fast service and they know their business.
