Default Ok, 30 open car windscreen install

ok so ive never had to put one together yet, but I THINK I have all the parts and pieces gathered up to put my windshield on the speedster. stock 30 open car. never done it before and don't having to much luck finding any pics. I have the cones and bottom end of the stations figured out but not to sure if the double ended bolt goes short side or long side towards the windshield frame? I sorta assume u put the cone on, bolt in long side, then lock nut , then stantion? lock nut is a full size nut and it doesn't look like it will fit.

also not sure about the rubber seal on the bottom of the frame, which way should the angle be ? tipped ahead I'm going to guess but want to know for sure.

nothing came in the kit for rubbers for the sides of the windshield is there also supposed to be rubbers in there?

any and all help appreciated.

Short side of the stud goes to the windshield frame, then cone and then special
tapered cone lock nut.

This is what Bratton's says. "1930-31 3 feet of 3/4" 'T' rubber for the sides and 4 feet of 1" 'T' rubber for the bottom."
