Default Front spring question

I have a 29 roadster, mostly stock. Front spring is sitting about 3/16ths off the axle when parked with no load in car. Maybe even a tad less. I have a spring I got some time back, I believe it may have been used, can't really remember. I do remember that I disassembled it and ground the bottoms of the leaves to have them slide across each other without gouging the leaf below and greased it.

Checking Andrew Red book it says a 10 leaf is used on my car and that when sitting on a flat surface, eye to eye should measure 30 5/8ths to 30 15/16ths, with the height from bottom leaf to ground of 4 7/8ths to 5 1/8th.

Mine is 30 and 5/8ths, eye to eye, but the height is 5 3/4. That seems a tad high, will it affect the ride or should I get another spring or gave mine re-arched? I'm thinking it is probably a re-pop from Sacto Vintage, the uneven leaf lengths make me think that. What would you do?
